This role is with one of our exclusive clients and one of the country's most reliable and well-regarded chemicals suppliers who pride themselves on being on the cutting edge of the industry's technological advances
Our client are seeking someone with experience of providing solutions across industries and to early stage business to internationally recognised corporations.

This is a great opportunity for an 2nd Line Engineer, or a 1st Line Engineer looking to step up to join an agile fast-moving team.

The 2nd Line Engineer will join a technical services team and seek to continually improve their troubleshooting ability from peer feedback.

Essential skills and experience:

• Advanced technical troubleshooting using a variety of methodologies
• An understanding of ITIL methodologies
• College level qualification, similar, or equivalent experience

Desirable Skills and knowledge:
• Active Directory
• TCP/DNS/DHCP and Routing; Sonicwall
• Veeam
• Remote Desktop Services
• Network / Server hardware
• Internet connectivity
• Microsoft Windows Network
